Established in 2015, The Elizabeth Schickel Foundation, a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), was created to honor the extraordinary spirit of Elizabeth Schickel, an inspiring young woman who was called home to God after a year long battle with brain cancer. Living a life of exceptional kindness and faith-filled understanding and courage beyond her years…Elizabeth did everything with all her heart.

The Elizabeth Schickel Scholarship is a $2000 annual academic scholarship awarded by our foundation to young women of outstanding character. To date, seven exemplary students experience the .Montrose School education that Elizabeth so cherished.

Offers educational information and programs on character education to teachers, parents, and students in the Montrose community and beyond.

Maverick 5K & Pancake Breakfast

Join us for our Annual Run Like a Maverick 5K on Sunday, May 5, 2024!
Sign up to walk or run the Maverick 5K. For younger participants, we offer a 1 Mile Run and a Kids Fun Run. The race is held in Medfield, MA and ends with a pancake breakfast at the finish line! Music, bouncy houses, face painters, balloon creations, and slushies- a wonderful spring morning for the whole family!
The Annual Lawn Party
An annual fall lawn party at Abe & Kathy Schickel's family home. Join us under the tent for an evening of jazz, cocktails, and hors d'oeuvres.
